I bought this and used plastic to wrap up my stomach. I'd put my waist trainer over the plastic and I'd hit the gym. It says to use this product right after you shower, so I did so. Id work out and I'd sweat around the stomache area more because it makes your stomache have a tingling burn. I saw results from good food choices exercise and religiously using this. This product also made me have the need to do the #2 a lot. It kinda helped me flush all of my food out. I havent seen anyone mention that in their reviews, but Im here to give my honest opinion/review.

used this in conjunction with a neoprene waist wrap and it gets very warm but not uncomfortable. definitely made me sweat a little more than usual, enough so it was a noticeable difference from when I didn't use it. this is the same product as abs of steel and works really well

I've been using it after I shower twice a week and sometimes paired with thigh sweatbands for a workout (maybe once or twice a week ) and the elasticity of my skin in my thigh areas + my butt has gotten more pliable. Not an over night change, this has been on and off for a little over a year now, but I'm starting to notice the difference. My stretch marks aren't all the way gone, though they're getting there. Arrived promptly. So far so good. Nice warming, tingly feel after applying. Only tried for one day so far, but definitely noticed a difference. Tightening and slimming action did happen. We'll see how it goes after continued use, but so far I'm pleased and feel it's worth the small price tag. Other similar products sell for at least twice this much.

I just got this and have used it for three days now with my waist trainer. You really dont need to use a lot during the application process. A quarter size covers my back and stomach. After I apply it it starts to heat up (nothing horrible or painful) and I noticed I am sweating a lot more than I do with just the waist trainer. And it stays warm for about 2 hours. It's been too soon to notice any changes. I have noticed my bloating has gone down and I feel great. Btw wash your hands immediately after applying. It "soaks" in quickly to your skin.

I have only used this for 3 days (today will be day 4) and I have already noticed a difference! The first time I used it I rubbed a decent amount on my abdomen and thighs and didn't feel much of a difference on my abdomen, but definitely felt the heat in my thighs as I had applied it just before bedtime and I could feel how hot my thighs were resting against each other. I applied a slightly more generous amount again in the morning after my shower and then before bedtime and felt it everywhere it was applied. I kept up this same routine but the third night I also used saran wrap and my waist trainer belt over the top and lost at least 1 inch overnight. (This may be an exaggeration but I taped myself on the second night and when I was taped this morning for my PT test I was taped at 4 inches smaller!) I am eating a healthy diet but as I just had a medical procedure am not quite back to exercising just yet. I expect that once I add exercise I will see even better results. I would definitely recommend this product! I plan to buy a couple more bottles just in case so when I run out I don't have to wait again!

I love this! I noticed a difference the first night I used it. I have loose cottage cheese kind of skin since I have had 2 children, most recent child 4 months ago. My skin is so much tighter than it was before. It was a noticable difference that my husband even saw. Very pleased! and yes, the first night I put it on, I was very surprised the burning feeling. It just feels like you are in the tanning bed and only last about 15 minutes. Not bad at all!

I've been using this product for over a year and it works.I work out 4 days a week using this serum along with a waist trainer & saran wrap. I tried using this serum on my inner thighs but my sacred space was tingling so bad I couldn't workout LMAO! This is my go to serum when I exercise. If I don't have it I really don't see a point in working out.If you follow the instructions you will feel a tingling sensation. I use about the size of a quarter and I haven't noticed a smell to give feedback. I put it on my stomach before going to the gym and as soon as I step outside (Houston) my face start sweating. I don't use it after showering.THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE A WORKOUT ROUTINE. People can not expect results if no effort is put forward.

I like the way this stuff feels. It starts warming up however i dont know if it did much while i used it. I bought tnt cream and used with a waist trainer just like this and would say this product is way better. I feel like this one works way better. For the price its not bad. Wish it was a bit bigger it lasted me about 2 weeks.

Nice, light gel cream. Penetrates quickly and firms skin gently. I use other Eveline products, and have become a fan. Reasonably priced and do what more expensive creams/gels do to soften and firm.

For only using it for 2 days, I really like this product a lot. The first day I used it and I didnt feel anything, no warming or tingling feeling like it said on the bottle. But after I worked out the following day, after my shower I rubbed it on about 5 min later that's when I started to feel the warmth. It's a great feeling especially since I live in alaska and it's very cold atm. This is just amazing! If I stand or sit still that's when I can feel a faint tingling sensation. Definitely not unpleasant. The warmth isnt that hot either. So far, I love this produt! As far as its slimming effects, well I'll update my review in 2 weeks time. Hope for the best expect the worst right :)

Holy He'll. Its hot. I can feel it working within minutes of applying. I put it on right before my workout then put on my waist trainer and you immediately feel the heat. I'm pretty sure the waist trainer increases the heat because it's designed to make you sweat without anything else but this stuff is fantabulous. Love love love!

Freaking amazing!!!! Smells so good, I love the tingling (you know its working). And after a week (along with better eating and exercise) my mom flab (I have had two kids) isn't as flabby. Definitely a great toning lotion. I just had my husband order me another bottle because I NEVER want to run out! Ever, the only way I'll stop using it is when I get pregnant with our last, and as soon as that baby is born I will go right back to it!
